Hi guys we're Teesh & Eric an average couple from two different sides of the world, I grew up in the tiny islands of the Bahamas & Eric in the Pennsylvania mountains its obvious why we sold our beautiful Florida homes & ran off to The Smokies to build our dream Tiny Airbnb rental Community. We were desperate for a way to get into real estate & the fast growing Airbnb business & we're strong believers "If You Cant Buy Just Build" so that's what we did after selling our homes, cars and most of our possessions in search of financial & family freedom. The housing crisis allowed us to CASH out but not Buy back in, thinking fast we bought Raw Land instead & decided to develop it ourselves. There's allot of emotions, blood, sweat and smiles building from the ground up but we cover and comfort each other while pushing forward.
