Mike Quinn
I have been managing frontline businesses since 1982. When I started out managing restaurants, I was given a mentor who had decades of experience to share with me. This sped up my learning process and shaved years of pain and suffering from my journey. Then, after a while, I saw management training efforts decline and turnover increase. Today we are at an interesting period in our development called, "The Great Resignation" and many lower level employees are no longer satisfied with the lack of training their leaders are receiving as they are forced to stand and fight for just a little bit of respect and recognition. I intend to end this madness and return LEADERSHIP TRAINING to the frontline industries. If you are working in a frontline industry (managing people who work with customers) then I hope you join me in returning the joy and fullfillment to working in the restaurant, hotel, retail, entertainment and other related industries. Let's fix this!
