I am a natural pro bodybuilder, who's been competing since 1997 and have been working out for over 3 decades. This channel explores my training (which is slightly hybrid...a mix of strength, power, hypertrophy, athleticism and conditioning) while also showcasing my home gym (1200 square foot building adjacent to my house). Additionally I provide instructional segments on training/nutrition and anything related to working out...how I program workouts, question and answer sessions, in depth equipment reviews for stuff in my home gym, etc. Ultimately, I want to provide information that others find helpful and inspire other to challenge themselves and elevate their physical fitness level. I made a decision a long time ago to continue raising the bar for myself...the Relentless Pursuit of Excellence... I'm inviting everyone else along for the ride. Time to work!
