😁 Hi, I'm Rachel! 🌱 This is not your average soap making DIY channel. I bring the outdoors into my soaping and a unique spin on many projects. I provide recipes with exactly what I've used and try to keep things all natural with botanicals & essential oils - many even harvested from my own yard & garden!
I got started making cold processed bar soap in 2022 and have been enjoying this journey where science, nature, & creativity collide. Much of my inspiration comes from my wild backyard in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
With my teaching background, I love to share cool and helpful tips I've learned (sometimes the hard way!). Thank you for joining me on these adventures! I also take requests for future content ;)
