Giancarlo Mancino, from Pignola, Italy, founded GiancarloBAR Ltd. in Hong Kong after mastering bartending globally. He created iconic brands like Mancino Vermouth, Rinomato Aperitivo, and Sprezza RTD. Giancarlo also launched Bocktailed for custom cocktails and Sei Bellissimi for luxury sparkling drinks. Collaborating with ITALESSE and UrbanBar UK, he developed high-quality bar tools and glassware. His latest venture is with House of Negroni, and he launched Vermouth Day in 2021.
