I've been a working Chef since 17. Earning my culinary degree meant taking courses that were gray areas, especially cake decorating. Baking wasn't my thing so I was dove in head first. I turned my new hobby into a YouTube channel & blog to document what I was learning in school and help others. Getting good takes lots of practice, and even more frosting. I'm here for all the cakery!
