AERIAL FITNESS provides an artistic and athletic outlet in deep breathing, endurance, core exercise, strength training and flexibility. Golden Heart AK is an outlet for students of all ages and abilities to participate in an up-and-coming fitness genre. We strive to develop a group of creative athletes who seek a welcoming learning environment that is rewarding for both the internal and external self.
We are based in Fairbanks, Alaska but serve all of Alaska and beyond.
