The main focus of this channel is to bring together clips of fighter girls and other women conditioning their abs, mainly by way of taking hits. Additionally there are other videos and playlists that feature:-
1) The almost unbelievable punishment that the brave and courageous fighters give and take.
2) Strenuous workout clips where they push their bodies to the limit and then push further.
3) Bare knuckle fighting.
4) Young fighters starting out in the game.
