Welcome to the " Mikes Paint & Body Channel " 23 years in business, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, doing paint & bodywork for insurance companies and our own customers. I am the owner , Michael Abenante, we are one of the biggest independent shops here in Virginia and have decided to start making " how to " videos on vehicles. I have done every phase of repairs, painting , body , estimating , restoring and meeting a lot of great people in the process.
