My name is Nancy. I own and operate a home bakery thanks to my NJ Cottage Food Operator’s permit and a lifelong love of baking.
When I turned 45 I decided to go back to school! I attend Culinary classes at a local community college and am working towards my Baking Certificate. I hope to graduate in May 2026.
