Our focus is on motion via gears, gear design, gear CAD, gear machine setups, gear manufacturing, gear inspection and the gearboxes they live within. We work daily making high quality gears. Spur, Helical, Sprocket, Ratchet, Worm, Wormgear, Rack and Bevel gears. Here we share the machines, mechanisms, tooling, automation, code, materials, technology and skill to accomplish our daily work. Gears making is not in every machine shop, but they could and should be more prevalent. Our channel is the source for the beginniner to the advanced.
