This has a little of everything, but it's dominated by the artists from the state of TX who regularly play the Houston area, and sometimes more famous folk like Dave Mason or J.D Souther. I am motivated by my desire to help bring more exposure to underexposed, truly talented people like Adam Carroll, Konrad Wert, or Terri Hendrix, to name but a few. I am also motivated by the story of Eva Cassidy, a similarly virtual unknown from Washington DC who died young, but whose live performance of Over the Rainbow gave her global recognition 4 years after her death. Thankfully somebody had a camera at that club appearance, and via YouTube we can witness her magic. My camera angles may not be perfect, but this is usually a close up "you were there" POV which I strive for. After all, I'm just a fan like you. I do not "monetize" anything here, it's just something that sprang from my love of live music that I see frequently. Enjoy and download these amazing performer's music on iTunes!
