This small Dalmatian town at the mouth of the Cetina river, some 25 km south of Split, offers a unique blend of the river, the sea and mountains as well as proud and fascinating history and rich cultural heritage.

While its numerous monuments bear witness of the town's glorious history, the impressive nature of its surroundings speaks for itself. Such diversity and multitude of opposites, brought together in perfect harmony on such a small territory, is rarely to be found elsewhere and has always attracted numerous visitors and admirers. It is therefore no wonder that the tradition of summer vacations in this area goes back more than a century.

Omiš is an ideal destination for all adrenaline lovers, those seeking an active holiday filled with adventure and extraordinary experiences. There is almost no sea, water and mountain activity, that cannot be enjoyed in the area of Omiš.
