You can get fit and build muscle at any age! I’ve experienced this in my own life, and you can too. This channel is for anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness. But it is especially focused on those over 40 as I began my fitness journey in my mid-forties and never looked back. Over the last nine years, I have learned a lot, and I love sharing his information with you. I post a new video every week on Sunday.
