The Umbrella Project
The Umbrella Project empowers families to reduce the risk of childhood anxiety and depression and proactively help their children build the coping skills needed to thrive. The Program will:
- Help your child take back control of their mental health.
- Learn the most important coping skills they will need to thrive on life's rainy days and how to build them.
- Build your own parenting happiness.
And have fun doing it!
