BC1000Stars
BC1000Stars is a channel dedicated to the legendary Scottish band Big Country.
It was launched in 2008 after realising that the slow deterioration in quality of my Big Country VHS tapes was going to be fatal unless I did something to preserve them immediately.
I started the process of transferring what I had to a digital format and once that was done, I thought it would be a worthwhile exercise starting a channel dedicated specifically to Big Country as, at that time, one did not exist.
The basic objective was just to share my love for all things Big Country with other fans around the world and it exists simply to help keep the great musical legacy of Big Country and Stuart Adamson alive.
