Highland Park ISD
The Highland Park Independent School District is located immediately north of downtown Dallas in the 6.21-square-mile suburban area of Highland Park, University Park and a small part of North Dallas. HPISD is comprised of seven campuses: four elementary schools, one intermediate school, one middle school and one high school. The district has an enrollment of approximately 7,090 students and employs nearly 800 people, including more than 450 teachers.. Since Highland Park schools were founded in 1914, there has been a consistent effort to build a tradition of excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities.
