My channel aims to educate and add value to your life either in body, mind and faith.
I wear many hats in the local entertainment scene in Malaysia - I was a Radio Announcer for 6 years, Actress, Emcee & Youtuber. About two years back I became a competitive bikini athlete as well. So yes, I totally understand the issues of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with our busy urban life!
I am a certified personal coach by the American Council of Exercise and I have undergone workshops / internships at Australian Strength Performance.
