Derwin Watt, artistically known as AUROR, is a pioneering composer and musician hailing from God's Lake Narrows, Manitoba, a community of about 2000 residents. His unique sound, a compelling fusion of hip-hop, pop, and orchestral music, narrates the complex emotional landscapes of hopelessness, resilience, and triumph. AUROR’s journey into music began unexpectedly when the N’we Jinan Mobile Production Studio, led by David Hodges, visited his reserve. Initially hesitant, the project ignited Derwin’s passion for music, leading him to swear allegiance to the art form.
