I’ve worked in faculty development for seven years, curated resources for faculty on teaching, led countless practical workshops, consulted with dozens of faculty in teaching observations and analysis of their teaching practices, and I’ve published several peer-reviewed studies on teaching and learning as well as more popular articles and a book on subject centered teaching from a Christian perspective. Oh yeah, and I’ve taught at the college level for a decade.
