Utkarsh Mohan is a Singaporean Business Leader and Brand Management Expert of Indian origin with experience across Private and Public sectors who has retired from the corporate world at the age of 37. He is now pursuing his passions of music, writing and indeed of being a Petrolhead.
Ministry of Car has two objectives. 1) The Joy of Driving. Providing entertainment and insights with my lifelong obsession with cars uniquely mixed with my corporate and marketing career. 2) Leveraging superior knowledge both of the Singapore market and taxation system, to create the must view resource for anyone in the Singapore Car Market
