Chemistry with Dr Steph
Hi :)
I am Dr Steph. I also go by just Stephanie (preferred). I am a chemistry academic and have been educating university students since 2006. I have a passion for chemical education and engaging with the latest technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. This channel is a mix of voice over PowerPoint, laboratory videos and lightboard videos that guide budding chemistry students through basic high school chemistry and first year university level.
I also have a website "the virtual scientist" (https://thevirtsci.com/) that has high school and university level virtual chemistry experiments that are gamified and shown to enhance student engagement and a deeper understanding of the theory of the experiments compared to just completing a normal laboratory experiment. I have a YouTube channel for the website where we update our subscribers with the latest additions to our virtual laboratory experiments.
Thanks for watching and I look forward to any feedback!
