Yoga with Janie Rose
Hi! My name is Janie Rose and I am an RYT500 Certified Yoga teacher since 2015 who is passionate about teaching and sharing what I have learned & loved over the last 15 + years as a student to the practice.  In my first yoga class with my teacher,  I had what I can only describe as a "soul remembrance" of yoga that filled my heart with joy. Five years later, I became a yoga teacher under his guidance and yoga became my full-time vocation.  After several yoga teacher trainings and years of teaching in studios, I have decided to pivot and teach online as a way to reach more people and share my love of the practice, worldwide. My approach to teaching is to use intelligent sequencing by progressing through postures and to prepare the body & mind to explore new & fun poses. This way each class is unique while staying true to a more traditional format with the intention of creating a balance of strength & stretch and harmony between yin & yang, to be in flow & feel your best! ✨
