IMS-MRL
The Institute of Metabolic Science- Metabolic Research Laboratories (IMS-MRL), based at the University of Cambridge, brings together outstanding scientific and clinical researchers in an international centre of excellence for research into metabolism and metabolic disease. It was established in 2008 with the goal of understanding the biological basis of diabetes, obesity and related disorders and translating scientific discoveries into improved patient care and disease prevention.
