Thanks for stopping by! This is my Channel where I'll be posting my latest trips and adventures in what I call "Getting some Exercise", or "GsE" for short. I love Metal Detecting and one of my favorite places to "GsE" is on the Beaches of South and Central Florida, known as the Gold Coast & Treasure Coast respectively. What better names for Beautiful Beaches to go Treasure Hunting on than these!
So far I have done "GsE" trips from as far south as Key Biscayne (south of Miami) to as far north as Melbourne Beach (just south of Cape Canaveral) and many points in between. My home base is just about in the middle of those two extremes near West Palm Beach, FL. I hope you'll enjoy my adventures and will check back often.
