Military Kids Connect
This channels provides content supporting military teens and children developed by the Military Kids Connect (MKC) program [http://militarykidsconnect.dcoe.mil/]. The MKC program provides access to age-appropriate resources to support children (ages 6-17) dealing with the unique psychological challenges of military life. MKC helps children prepare for the challenges faced during these significant family transitions of military life such as multiple deployments and frequent moves. Through videos, activities, and participation in MKC's monitored online forums, military kids can share their own ideas, experiences, and suggestions with other military children, helping them to know they are not alone in dealing with the stresses of military life.
Military Kids Connect is an initiative of the Defense Health Agency's Connected Health Branch.
