I'm a 6'2 242 (105kg) strength sport athlete. I've competed in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and now am on my journey of getting my pro card for strongman. I recently was on team USA for strongman. I'm a full time gym owner and want to help others.
On this channel is all about strength training and staying athletic! We will dive into power-lifting, strongman, Olympic lifting, conditioning, programming, meet recaps, and nutritional tips and tricks. I hope you enjoy this channel while learning as much as possible.
