It's funny because the one skeleton is missing his spine which is his back, and the other is holding a spine, probably the other guys'. I think its his at least. That would be funny. I don't know if the joke would still be funny if it wasn't his spine. Do you get it yet? Above the two skeletons is text that says "I've got your back". It's my understanding that this is a play on words. He's saying I've got your back, like he's going to support him, but also he LITERALLY has his back. Gotta be the funniest thing I've ever seen.
