Natasha Wilson
Hi, I’m Natasha — an integrative therapist sharing fun, real, and relatable videos about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
This channel is all about bringing therapy to life — whether that’s through playful “Round Table” sketches meeting my inner parts over tea, or short educational clips exploring topics like boundaries, self-leadership, and choice.
My aim is to make therapy ideas accessible and in the Round Table a little bit funny, especially for anyone who’s curious about how we relate — to ourselves, our partners, and the world around us.
Come join me as we explore healing, humour, and everyday humanity — one part at a time. 💛
