Welcome to Holistic Shiatsu Journey channel! My name is Yumi and I am a Shiatsu Massage Therapist and Instructor practicing Holistic Shiatsu Massage Therapy for almost 20 years. I have been teaching at massage school and at my Shiatsu center in Finger Lakes region in New York State. I am excited to sharing my passion and experience as a Holistic Shiatsu Therapist/practitioner. In this channel, I will be covering basic Shiatsu Massage Therapy techniques, Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and application, Yakuzen (medicinal foods), self-care exercises, and holistic lifestyle and healthy living.
