Who am I?
I'm Kyle! I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and leadership. Within sales I have done it all (F2F, Internet, phone). Under the marketing umbrella, I have done customer profiling, product design, pricing strategy and advertising. Although this is all great stuff, professional development and leadership are the areas where I enjoy spending my energy. I have lead teams of varying sizes, from 2 people to 100+ people. I have lead sales reps as well as sales managers and I enjoy helping people to discover their true potential.

What is this channel all about?
One goal of this channel is to provide you with some of that wisdom I have learned in my career so that you don't have to learn every lesson the hard way. The content of these videos will be primarily centered around professional development. This will come from my own personal experience combined with summaries from some excellent business and professional development books.
