Mohsen Badri is a player and teacher of the Tombak and the Daf,
Getting the diploma of Daf-playing from Maestro Bijan Kamkar and passing the upper-advanced course of the Tombak taught by Maestro Bahman Rajabi;
Being selected as the best player at the Music Festival of the west of Iran in 2002 and the Music Festival of the Youth in 2004, being invited to the International Music Festival 'Media Wave' in Hungary, giving many concerts with famous European musicians, and performing in the first Iranian Festival of Culture and Art 'Arman' in India (in Jawaharlal Lal Nehru University);
publishing the book 'Melody Rhythm' with its CD as the first work on music notated for an orchestra of percussion instruments with melody accompaniment;
Giving concerts and recording different pieces in studio, playing percussion instruments in the film composed by Naser Cheshmazar, and cooperating in different parts of the I.R.I.B.
