Hey everyone,
Charley's my name and thanks for digging this deep. I fish in Arizona on the few creeks and lakes that the state offers.
I also like to put up a tent and bring the Coleman Stove and stay a while, so there's a little of that thrown in...
I began and spent most of my young (and not so young) life fishing on The Olympic Peninsula in Washington state.
Catching Salmon and Steelhead on the many rivers and creeks of the Peninsula was a way of life in my youth. Eventually, the 100+ inches of yearly rain back home became more noticeable, so i moved to Arizona, to Phoenix, to make sure i would dry out completely.
I started fishing almost immediately after arriving and found a completely unique place to catch, well, let's say fun trout. Nothing too big in the state but there are some good state record weights for Rainbow and recently Tiger Trout also.
