Doug Melville

Doug Melville is a foremost leader in international equity, strategy & reputation management. He’s also a celebrated author.

Most recently he lived in Geneva, Switzerland where he traveled to 40 countries for luxury group Richemont to workshop and understand global international equity & compliance. Previously, Melville worked on Madison Ave in NYC to advise advertisers on inclusive ad campaigns. He also sat on the executive team of Magic Johnson Enterprises in Beverly Hills, CA.

Melville penned his first book Invisible Generals (BPP/Simon & Schuster), which shares his family story of America's first Black generals. Released on Veterans Day 2023, the book hit #1 across five categories on Amazon.

He’s also a lecturer at Stanford University’s GSB for reputation management, and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

He’s been featured on CBS Saturday Morning, TIME, The Daily Show & The Breakfast Club.
