I’m Janelle, the Founder of Plant Based Folk.
Born and raised in Australia with Lebanese roots, I’ve embraced a plant-based diet and have a passion for Lebanese food. If you’re looking for vegan Lebanese recipes in English, you’re in the right place!
Some of my favorite dishes include spinach hand-pies, rishta (a hearty lentil and pasta soup), and Mujadara. I also create Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB) recipes with no added oil.
