I’m Free! Now What? Michelle Fortier
Prison screws up people mentally. Learning to cope with the things that happened while incarcerated and reintegrate mentally back into society is important to build a full and healthy life.
I also cover mental health topics related to therapy, self harm, emotional dysregulation and parenting children with challenging behaviors as well as informational videos for professionals working in the prison system. These videos are for education and self help use and are not meant to take the place of a mental health care professional or supervision.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida and available for in person appointments in the Tallahassee area and telehealth appointments through out the state. Email for more details.
If you feel like hurting yourself, the national Suicide Prevention Hotline is 1 800 273 8255
