Welcome to Smokin’ with the Smiths! We are a husband and wife team that has a passion for smoking anything and everything. In March 2020 the world went into lockdown and we had no choice but to stay at home and we took this opportunity to purchase our first pellet smoker.. we chose the PitBoss KC Combo. This big guy is a pellet grill, smoker and propane griddle, and grill in one. We have used the KC Combo almost every day since we brought it home. Not only do we smoke meats and cheeses we also use the griddle for bacon & eggs, quesadillas, and grilled cheese. Some of our favorite smoker recipes include wings, queso, meatloaf, and of course steak!
