Julie starts a million projects and finishes most of them, and has many going at the same time. This is the way she functions.
Clearly, it's a case of ADD as a SUPERPOWER, and Julie intends to use this SUPERPOWER for WORLD DOMINATION or something maybe less insidious, like teaching you a skill or entertaining you with her failures.
