First Romanian Baptist Church of ATLANTA

First Romanian Baptist Church of ATLANTA is the first Romanian baptist church in Georgia, and it was founded in 1984 by Pastor Martian Cocian.
Although the church started with just a few members, it has been growing very fast, becoming one of the biggest Romanian Baptist community in the South. In their search for a place to worship God, many Romanians have joined our community, some because they received Jesus into their hearts, some because they have moved in this area, comming from other US states, or directly from Romania.
The majority of our members were born in Romania or born of Romanian parents; many of them moved to US before the collapse of Communism, seeking religious freedom.
