Pain Science Physical Therapy
At Pain Science Physical Therapy, we view mobility from a whole body perspective and treat our patients with the goal of getting to the root of their pain or movement problems. Our therapists develop individualized treatment plans that fit our patients’ bodies and help them live their best lives.
On this channel we demonstrate the thought process behind how we work, from exercises for ways to work out different muscles in your body and possibly ease any pain that may be happening in those muscles to the neuroscience behind how we think about issues like what causes chronic pain or hypersensitive nerves and how to best educate patients on alleviating these problems.
If you are interested in meeting with a physical therapist for help personalized to your needs, visit our website at https://www.painscienept.com/ or call us at (206) 327-9880.
