Our journey began 8 years ago in a small village nestled in the Hyrcanian Forests. Here, we have been surrounded by the stunning scenery of Caspian sea, ancient trees, singing rivers, and colorful birds-all of which have inspired us to cook delicious meals and immerse ourselves in rich cultures, literature and traditional music.
