Inge Lamboo is a true daredevil, and she doesn't shy away from a challenge. This is the case when the emerging artist posted P!nk covers on her fan account. P!nk noticed, dropped her name at a label and the ball started rolling.
As an ambassador for Pride Amsterdam, she wrote the anthem “Like A Phoenix”. She performed the song on Radio 2 in the summer of 2024. As an encore, she performed her famous Fleetwood Mac X Arctic Monkeys mashup and posted a snippet of the performance. It got noticed by 4.6m people, including Lindsey Buckingham & Pete Townshend. Pete sends Inge a
private message: "You're really good. Looking forward to more.”
“Do I dare ask Pete to play on my new album?” She sent a message with one of her new songs, “Call Out Your Name”, to Pete. Two weeks later, Townshend responds with his contribution of a blazing guitar solo in his patented sound.
