Footsteps & Footage

Back in 2021 I had a heart attack and was very lucky to be taken care of brilliantly by our NHS. I was given health guidance and made many adjustments. One of those adjustments was to walk every day. Rediscovering the joy of movement has been hugely transformative for my physical and mental health, and rewarded me with the time to think, observe and appreciate my environment.

I record videos on my phone in one shot. Usually around my hometown of Southsea. I don't tend to talk on my videos and leave environmental sounds in them. I record daily and longer weekly videos, hopefully building some historical records in the process.

Only started the videos in September 2023. Hopefully, I'll do them for a few years.
