Ethiopian foods are known for their tastes, looks and their delicious smell, bold, spicy, and savory flavors with plenty of options for meat and vegetarians (and vegans!) alike. There are no preservatives in Ethiopian cuisine, so almost most dishes are made fresh each day, and the way a restaurant prepares food is very similar to how families would make food at home. Popular dishes include Chicken stew called (Doro wot), Tibs (slices of beef pan-fried in onion and purified Ethiopian butter). Ethiopian food is served on a large platter on injera, a sour, slightly spongy flatbread usually made from Teff, Ethiopian grain. Teff is packed with nutrients, a good source of protein, and is naturally gluten free.
Ethiopia is rich in it’s culture, tradition, natural resources, and has it’s unique food, which everyone in the world enjoy.
