Hello & Welcome! We’re Chris and Edi, a married couple dedicated to helping you get stronger and find your happiness in fitness. Growing up, sports shaped our lives—Edi was a Hungarian national swimming champion, and Chris transitioned from soccer to hybrid training combining weightlifting with functional training after college to improve his fitness. As certified trainers with 12+ years of experience, we’ve worked with clients of all ages in gyms and online. Together, we launched our YouTube channel, where thousands train with us, combining our love for fitness and sports. We’re excited to share our signature programs with you here on YouTube.
