Silenso Clinic and SoCal Breathe Free of San Diego is a specialized otolaryngology (ENT) practice, focused on the diagnosis and treatment of nasal obstruction, sinus disease and snoring/sleep apnea.
We work in partnership with clinical and dental sleep medicine specialists, as part of a multi-disciplinary sleep clinic, for the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
Dr Schalch Lepe's expertise is in minimally invasive, office-based procedures that treat nasal and sinus obstruction, including balloon sinuplasty. He is also on Clinical Faculty at UC San Diego Health, were he performs advanced surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, including the Inspire procedure.
