Hey there! I’m Lauren, a mom of two teens. In my early 40s, life threw me a curveball with a breast cancer diagnosis. But guess what? It only made me stronger and more determined to shine my light even brighter. My journey through cancer has been a wild ride of self-discovery, enhanced spirituality, and some serious beauty TLC.
I’ve always been a bit of a science nerd with a serious obsession with skincare ingredients (it helps to have a degree in Biomechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Nursing). As the Beauty Editor of Cosmopolitan Middle East, I’m all about mixing that science know-how with the magic of beauty.
I'm focused on wellness, health, and just enjoying life. It’s all about feeling good inside and out, right? So, let’s navigate this beautiful, messy, and oh-so-rewarding journey together.
