We began with a dream. A dream for sustainable living - for quality ingredients that come straight from our backyard. A dream for knowing exactly how and where our food comes from - through the love and nurturing of the plants and animals entrusted to our care. A dream for others to understand the labor of love that is required to provide fresh food to the table. Our commitment to this led to us moving out of the city and into the mountains.
