In 2006 D-PAN The Deaf Professional Arts Network was created to make music accessible to the deaf and hard of hearing community by creating accessible music videos featuring deaf talent in front and behind the camera. In 2015 we created DPAN.TV The Sign Language Channel and we continue to transform how the world views inclusion and accessibility for the deaf and hard of hearing communities through arts, media, and live entertainment.
