Klabb Tat-Tisjr

In May, 1976, the "Klabb tat-Tisjir" (Cookery Club) was founded. Situated in Malta's capital of Valletta, the club consists of lecture rooms, as well as its own outlet.

A number of books have been published by the club, covering various food-related topics; from Maltese cuisine, to recipes for diabetics. Klabb tat-Tisjir has also issued a series of original recipe cards -- these laminated, easy-to-clean cards, each feature a recipe, and are a simple and convenient way for the busy house-wife to vary her daily menus.
